“We are keen to see participation in the arts rise and this evolution is a step towards that reality, working with stakeholders to strengthen the impact of provision for Lancaster, so that arts and culture flourish both on campus and across the district.”
Lancaster Arts builds on the university’s legacy of great bands playing on campus as they open their season with Yorkshire folk rock band Hope & Social on October 6 followed by beatboxing legend Beardyman on the October 7 - who is back in the North West after his stunning performance at Kendal Calling this summer.
New comedy acts will appear on campus as well as concerts supplementing the vibrant comedy scene across the city. For further information please visit the website at www.lancaster arts.org.
