Lancaster sex offender found with magazine and sock breached court order
A man pleaded guilty at Lancaster Magistrates Court to breaching a sexual offences prevention order twice after being found with a magazine article and a girl's sock.
John Andrew Penswick, 57, of Brunton Warehouse, St George’s Quay, who was handed a SOPO in February 2014, had in his possession a magazine article folded into a small quarter about a 14-year-old transgender teenager on May 8 this year.
He was also found to have a small pink girl’s sock with frills to the top.
Penswick will be sentenced at Preston Crown Court on June 10.
